Job Title: Education Advisor (Student Recruitment & Advisory)

Location: Abuja (FCT) and  Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Education Advisors to join our team in Lagos and Abuja.
• This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, student engagement, and international opportunities.
• The successful candidates will be responsible for guiding prospective students through educational pathways, from initial interest to successful enrollment, while actively driving student recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and provide guidance on international higher education opportunities.
• Support students through the decision-making process, application, and onboarding stages.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students.
• Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and targeted outreach to generate leads.
• Organize and participate in recruitment activities, including virtual or in-person sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years experience in sales, customer engagement, or student recruitment (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage, persuade, and build trust with prospective students.
• Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving results.
• Ability to manage multiple student cases effectively.
