Business and Financial Performance:
- Deliver $50M+ annual revenue from value chain solutions
- Grow ecosystem participant base by 40% YoY
- Achieve 30% wallet share of anchor corporate's banking needs
- Maintain portfolio NPL <4% despite SME exposures
Customer Excellence:
- Design tailored ecosystem solutions per industry (FMCG, auto, pharma)
- Implement supplier early payment programs with 95% SLA adherence
- Achieve NPS >75 for both anchors and ecosystem clients
- Resolve dispute cases within 72 hours
Leadership and People Management:
- Lead 5-7 value chain specialists with sector-focused pods
- Train 100+ RM/BD staff annually on ecosystem selling

Process, Control and Operational Performance:
- Automate 80% of supplier onboarding via digital KYC

Experience & Expertise:
- 10+ years in transaction banking/corporate coverage with 5+ in supply chain finance
- Deep expertise in Working capital optimization techniques, ERP integrations (SAP Ariba, Oracle, Digital trade documentation (eUCP, URBPO)
Client & Market Orientation:
- Ability to map complex supply chains
- Fluency in industry-specific working capital cycles
Communication & Leadership:
- Skilled at C-suite workshops on cash flow transformation
- Multilingual capability for pan-African ecosystems
Education:
- MBA with operations/supply chain focus
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
