Job Summary

• The Growth & Brand Communications Associate is a creative role designed to ensure visibility for the agency.
• S/he will be responsible for maximizing profit and brand awareness across all service lines.
• This role is a hybrid of content strategy, digital marketing, and brand storytelling.
• The ideal candidate must be an innovative thinker committed to building an enduring international brand.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Market Positioning:

• Develop and execute a content calendar that positions the agency as a global leader in travel and hospitality.
• Monitor global hospitality trends to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
• Ensure all public-facing content reflects the agency’s core value of transparency and honesty.

Visibility & Profit Maximization:

• Execute digital marketing strategies to increase leads for Study Abroad and Relocation Programs.
• Analyze digital analytics to track campaign ROI and brand reach.
• Identify innovative channels and partnerships to expand the agency’s market presence.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or brand communications. Must have a portfolio of successful campaigns or brand growth.
• Creative Thinking: Ability to translate complex travel services into world-class standards of digital content.
• Data Literacy: Understanding of SEO, digital analytics, and performance tracking.
• Ownership Mindset: Treating the brand’s growth and visibility as a personal mission.
• Global Mindset: Thinking beyond borders to build an enduring international brand identity.
• Possess a personal laptop and haveaccess to a stable and reliable internet connection.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
