Ambrosial (Restaurant, Patisserie & Café), a subsidiary of Glass & Smoke, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Line Chef

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role

• Support daily kitchen operations by preparing and cooking menu items across different stations while maintaining speed and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes
• Assist across sections (grill, sandwiches, breakfast, etc.)
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Experience as a line cook/chef
• Basic knowledge of multiple kitchen sections
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good communication
• Proximity to Lekki.

Salary
N120,000 per month.
