Support the development and execution of communication and media plans, including the implementation, monitoring, and performance analysis of marketing activities, to ensure alignment with the Company’s branding and strategic objectives.
Assist in executing brand, customer experience, and loyalty initiatives that strengthen brand equity, increase online engagement and sales, drive revenue growth, and reinforce top-of-mind awareness among internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for the production, delivery, and inventory management of marketing collaterals, ensuring quality, timeliness, and brand compliance.
Support the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels to enhance visibility and market reach.
Contribute to lead-generation initiatives aimed at supporting sales performance, revenue growth, and sustained brand awareness.
Support and strengthen the Company’s brand identity through consistent internal and external communications, media presence, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Marketing and Brand Management:
Engage in market research to capture industry trends, project pipelines, and potential leads, and effectively apply this intelligence to enhance our marketing strategies.
Develop and execute clear online and offline marketing plans to successfully launch new products.
Measure the effectiveness of all initiatives by reporting on key results against predefined objectives (KPIs) and conducting thorough cost-benefit analyses to assess the net impact of our activities.
Serve as the brand custodian online, ensuring strict adherence to Ignite's brand equity, character, and visual identity.
Oversee the production of company-branded collateral and corporate gift items, actively managing the identification and negotiation process with relevant vendors, suppliers, stakeholders, and business partners.
Organize customer visits to guarantee satisfaction, gather impactful customer testimonials for our online campaigns in accordance with Ignite’s policy, and ensure that our virtual marketing initiatives are relentlessly customer-centric and responsive to their needs.
Coordinate media buys and establish strong relationships with press, influencers, and advertising partners to amplify our reach and impact.
Digital Engagement & Content Management:
Manage and grow the Company’s social media presence across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and YouTube through content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analytics.
Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies that drive audience engagement, website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Plan and maintain an integrated content and campaign calendar covering social media, digital advertising, newsletters, webinars, and key business events to support marketing and sales objectives.
Engage with online audiences by responding promptly to inquiries and comments related to products and services, in collaboration with Sales and Customer Support teams.
Analyze digital performance metrics, website traffic, and campaign results; prepare reports and recommend data-driven improvements to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Call Center, and Product Development—and external partners such as influencers to amplify brand visibility and campaign impact.
Write, optimize, and manage digital content for websites, email marketing, and social platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
Plan and execute integrated media campaigns across social media, digital advertising (including PPC), email marketing, webinars, and selected traditional media channels.
Create and manage digital assets, including graphics, videos, podcasts, and audio content, to support brand storytelling and customer engagement.
Support lead generation, prospect nurturing, and revenue growth through targeted online content, banner advertising, and performance-driven campaigns.
Monitor SEO performance and user engagement trends, recommending content and campaign optimizations to improve visibility and effectiveness.
Serves as company brand ambassador and corporate communication officer, ensuring correctness and brand consistency of information.
Corporate Communication and Operations Coordinator:
Support corporate communications by coordinating the development of market insights, training materials, presentations, and internal communication assets in collaboration with the marketing team.
Assist with project development and execution, including coordination of sales-related activities toward project delivery and closure.
Support the preparation, distribution, and documentation of departmental communications, memos, correspondence, and meeting notes.
Maintain strict adherence to brand standards, ensuring consistency in messaging, content quality, and visual identity across all communications.
Support operational and financial processes, including collaboration on monthly P&L tracking, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
Improve departmental efficiency by tracking project timelines, coordinating activities, enabling remote decision-making, and supporting prioritization.
Support presentations, marketing campaigns, and new business development initiatives.
Coordinate company events, including product launches, stakeholder engagements, and internal employee programs.
Requirements
BSc / HND qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
Ability to interact with staff at all levels under pressure, proactive, resourceful and efficiently, with a high level of professionalism and sense of confidentiality
