Smile360 Group is one of Nigeria’s leading premium healthcare platforms, known for delivering world-class dental and specialist clinical services with a strong focus on patient experience, operational excellence, and innovation.
Over the years, Smile360 has evolved from a single premium clinic into a growing healthcare enterprise. As the organisation enters its next phase of scale, our focus is on strengthening operational discipline, improving margins, enhancing governance, and building systems that support sustainable multi-location growth.
To support this next phase, we are seeking a high-impact Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will serve as the execution partner to the CEO, translating strategy into disciplined operational performance across the organisation. This is not a traditional clinic COO role.
