Job Description

• We're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative/Customer Service Representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Process sales transactions and handle customer payments
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and promotions
• Meet sales targets and contribute to achieving store goals
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Requirements

• O'Level, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant field
• Sales experience (preferred but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience (preferably in electronics or tech)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices and gadgets
• Ability to lift and handle products (if required)

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
