Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flexo Printing Operator to join our production team in a nylon manufacturing company.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality prints on nylon materials, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and minimal wastage.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing machines for nylon production
• Prepare printing plates, inks, and substrates according to job specifications
• Monitor print quality, color consistency, and alignment throughout production
• Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and minimal defects
• Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of printing equipment
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and meet daily output targets
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the printing area
• Accurately record production data, machine performance, and material usage
• Comply with health, safety, and quality standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification
• 1-2 years proven experience operating flexo printing machines (preferably in nylon or packaging production)
• Strong understanding of inks, substrates, and printing processes
• Ability to detect and resolve print defects quickly
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Salary
N130,000 – N150,000 monthly.
