About the Role
We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to support its Project 30K market expansion initiative across Lagos Island and Mainland. The role is field-based and centers on product awareness, customer engagement, sampling campaigns, and client prospecting.
Successful candidates will be trained extensively on the company’s product line to ensure they possess strong product knowledge and can effectively educate potential customers, drive product trials, and generate qualified leads for follow-up by the Contact Center team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, persuasive, and comfortable engaging the public in high-traffic locations, retail environments, and community activations.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and create awareness of Elkris Foods products through direct public engagement and sensitization campaigns.
Conduct product sampling and demonstrations to encourage trial and product adoption.
Identify and prospect potential customers in assigned territories.
Collect accurate and comprehensive customer data during engagements for follow-up by the Contact Center team.
Clearly explain product benefits, usage, and value proposition to potential customers.
Support marketing activations, promotional events, and field campaigns.
Maintain a daily activity report detailing interactions, prospects generated, and feedback from the field.
Ensure all engagements are conducted in a professional and brand-consistent manner.
Collaborate with the Contact Center team to ensure proper lead handover and customer follow-up.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Previous experience in direct sales, field marketing, brand activation, or customer engagement is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident engaging with large and diverse audiences.
Ability to prospect and generate leads independently.
Good data collection and reporting discipline.
Must be resident in preferred location
