Job Description
We’re hiring a full-time Assistant Creative Media Specialist to enhance our brands with web design, graphics, photography, and videography.
Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments, showcase creativity, and understand e-commerce, especially Amazon FBA.
Responsibilities
Graphics Design:
Design high-quality graphics for use across digital platforms, including Amazon product listings, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Create compelling A+ Content and Brand Content for Amazon FBA, ensuring all designs meet platform requirements and enhance the customer experience.
Develop visual content that adheres to brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all media.
Develop a distinctive product packaging design that will effectively differentiate both existing and new products in the market.
Label Design:
Create and update product label artwork and layout files for new and existing SKUs
Prepare print‑ready label files, including correct resolution, colour mode (CMYK), and bleed for production
Ensure all labels comply with brand guidelines (fonts, colours, logos, and slogan placement).
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate campaign ideas into label visuals.
Product Mock-ups:
Create realistic product mock-ups for new SKUs and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to turn briefs into compelling mock-ups that support sales and branding.
A knowledge of Blender or animation software is highly desirable
Visual & Marketing Creative Production:
Create and manage visual content across channels, including website creative assets (banners, product images, landing‑page graphics), email newsletters, and associated graphics, as well as posters, banners, and ad creatives for digital and print; ensuring consistent branding, clear messaging, and timely delivery for all graphics‑related needs
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the Product Manager's team, providing creative input and ensuring all visual content aligns with product strategies and marketing goals.
Participate in daily reviews, submitting a detailed report of achievements and tasks completed, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Adhere to established work processes, KPIs, and collaboration guidelines to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality across all creative outputs.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web design, graphic design, photography, Marketing, and videography, implementing new techniques and tools to enhance the quality of our content.
Participate in regular training sessions and workshops to continually improve your skill set and contribute to the growth of the Creative Media Specialist team.
Provide constructive feedback to junior team members, supporting their development and ensuring a high standard of work across the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of professional experience in Web Design, Graphics Design, Photography, and Videography.
Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly with Amazon FBA, is highly desirable.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and editing software.
Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and e-commerce best practices.
Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design, graphic design, photography, and videography projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Bonus points if you have knowledge of Amazon FBA operations!.
