• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop, execute and manage marketing strategies that attract and retain clients, boost brand awareness, and generate sales for our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client leads
• Promote the company’s products and services both online and offline
• Develop and manage marketing campaigns, proposals, and presentations
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback
• Organize marketing activities, property exhibitions, and promotional events
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure consistency in messaging

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of OND / Bachelor’s/Mastersdegree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 3year of experience in a marketing or sales role (real estate is a plus)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Target-driven, resourceful, and proactive
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
