We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Supervisor

Locations: Victoria Island (VI) & Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations across our Victoria Island and Ikeja locations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient inventory management, supervise store staff, and maintain accurate stock records to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations
• Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and proper documentation
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Ensure proper organization, cleanliness, and safety of the store
• Supervise and train storekeepers and store assistants
• Prepare and submit periodic inventory reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Liaise with procurement and operations teams for stock planning.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
• 2 - 5 years experience in storekeeping or inventory management
• Prior supervisory experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High level of integrity and accountability

Working Conditions:

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
