Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• The Senior Digital Marketing Executive will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving the company’s digital growth, visibility, and overall market positioning.
• This role is primarily focused on digital marketing leadership, with a strong requirement for creative content development that supports high-performing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital strategies that generate traffic, engagement, and conversions across multiple online channels.
• You will be expected to combine data-driven marketing expertise with compelling content creation, ensuring all campaigns are both performance-oriented and creatively engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and revenue growth
• Plan, create, and manage high-quality content across social media, web, and advertising platforms
• Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.) for maximum ROI
• Manage and grow the company’s digital presence across all platforms
• Create and oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and publishing plans
• Analyze performance metrics and generate data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate and develop multimedia marketing materials for promotions and campaigns
• Drive SEO and organic growth strategies to improve search visibility
• Conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns and digital activations
• Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and digital agencies
• Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to management

Requirements, Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
• 4–6 years proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within advertising, media, or e-commerce
• Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including:
  • SEO & SEM
  • Google Ads & Analytics
  • Social Media Advertising (Meta, Instagram, etc.)
  • Email & Mobile Marketing
• Demonstrated ability in content creation (graphics, copy, and campaign storytelling)
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, digital trends, and audience targeting
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and basic web technologies (HTML/CSS) is an added advantage
• Experience managing social media platforms and content strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web metrics and campaign performance data
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
