Fine Trading International Ltd. has recently established a modern palm oil mill on its agricultural farmland in Ogii, Okigwe, Imo State. Our goal is to operate a high-performing, sustainable palm oil production facility.

Job Title: Palm Oil Mill Machine Operator

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced Palm Oil Mill Machine Operator to lead the day-to-day management of our palm oil mill operations.
• The ideal candidate will be based in the Ogii Okigwe area and bring at least five years of relevant experience in palm oil milling and farm operations.
• This role is critical to ensuring efficient production, maintaining equipment, overseeing staff, and supporting product distribution and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations of the palm oil mill to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure the health, safety, and optimal functioning of all milling equipment and processes.
• Supervise and manage the performance of mill workers.
• Implement and maintain high standards for production quality and workplace safety.
• Coordinate the dispatch and sale of produced goods.
• Report operational progress and challenges to farm leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in palm oil mill operations, with a strong track record of effective supervision and production management.
• No criminal background, trustworthy.
