We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • They are responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries, managing calls, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mails and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor records and issue access passes where necessary
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide basic information about the company’s services
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Liaise with staff and departments as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Neat appearance and professional attitude.
