We are a social enterprise currently in our registration process, launching in Abuja in 2026. We are not ready to say much more than that publicly but we are ready to find the right person to help us build it.

We are looking for someone who has run something before. A process, a team, a project something with a beginning, a middle, and an outcome they were responsible for. Someone who does not wait to be told what to do next. Someone who is not intimidated by the words early stage. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real growth into leadership for the right person.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Lead

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Contract

What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will grow as the business grows. In the early phase, you will be hands-on across all parts of the operation. Over time, you will move into a leadership position with a team reporting to you.

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the operation
• Coordinate logistics, intake, and fulfilment processes
• Manage relationships with stakeholders
• Hold the team accountable to clear standards and timelines
• Produce accurate reports and flag issues before they become problems
• Represent the business externally when the founder is not present
• Build and document systems so the operation does not depend on one person

• You are comfortable in an environment that is still being built
