We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Change Manager / Head of Change Management

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Design, Lead and Execute the enterprise-wide change initiatives across integrated cross-functions to ensure successful adoption of strategic transformation programs through structured and systemic change management approaches that enable people readiness, behavioral shift, and sustainable performance outcomes.
  • This includes onsite and field change management coverage (Pan-Nigeria).

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a holistic change management strategy aligned to business transformation goals
  • Establish enterprise-wide change frameworks, methodologies, and governance models, that ensures consistency of change practices across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Commercial and support functions.
  • Engage and manages all stakeholders’ engagement & leadership alignment across all BU & Functions
  • Conduct detailed change impact assessments across business units
  • Identify the stakeholder groups, risks, and readiness levels
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change plans (communication, engagement, training, reinforcement). Oversee the implementation of new technology, processes and systems within the business.
  • Develop and drives change adoption & sustainability, tracks change success metrics (adoption, usage, behavior change). Monitor progress and adjust interventions in real time
  • Embed change into culture, processes, and performance systems
  • Align change initiatives with operating model transformation (processes, governance, structure)
  • Design and deliver clear, compelling, and consistent communication strategies
  • Translate complex transformation initiatives into simple, relatable messaging
  • Ensure employees understand the “why, what, and how” of change
  • Capability building and training through capability gaps identification and design targeted learning interventions
  • Enable managers to act as change leaders and coaches, drive adoption through on-the-job support and reinforcement mechanisms
  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks and resistance points
  • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve change practices.

Requirements
Education:

  • Minimum requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Strategy, or related fields
  • Added advantage: Relevant post graduate degree (MBA, MSc) will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum requirement: 8–12+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development
  • Proven experience driving enterprise-wide transformation programs
  • Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or commercial environments is highly preferred
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is an advantage.

Key Competency Requirement:

  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Organizational design and transformation experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and commercial operations
  • Data-driven decision-making and change analytics
  • Digital transformation and technology adoption
  • Stakeholder influence and relationship management
