Job Title: Customer Care Representative (Female)

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
• You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries, complaints, and service requests are handled professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about company products and services.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Support the sales team in maintaining strong client relationships.
• Prepare regular reports on customer feedback and service performance.

Requirements

• The person must be an HND, Bsc or OND holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field
• Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Must be a graduate with BSc, HND, or OND in any relevant field.
• Ability to speak Hausa language is an added advantage for the job.
• Candidates must staying around Ikeja, Oba and Agege environs will be considered most
• Proficiency in operating an iPhone and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month.
