Description

• The Head of Academics is responsible for academic governance, curriculum development, faculty leadership, research advancement and student experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of academic strategy
• Oversight of curriculum design and learning programmes
• Faculty development and academic standards
• Lead quality assurance, accreditation and programme reviews
• Drive research initiatives and industry partnerships
• Ensure quality teaching, compliance and performance
• Manage academic budgets and resources

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Master’s or Doctorate in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• ANZIIF/CIIN professional certification preferred
• 10–15 years of academic/industry experience
• Strong leadership experience in academic environments
• Demonstrated ability to build academic credibility and programme growth
