Role Overview

• The Media & Content Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end development and execution of creative media projects across multiple platforms. This includes conceptualizing content, managing production workflows, overseeing creative teams, and ensuring that all output aligns with the ministry’s vision, message, and brand standards.
• This is a high-impact role requiring both creative excellence and strong leadership, with the ability to manage complex productions in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction, planning, and execution of media projects (video, broadcast, digital content, campaigns, and live productions)
• Translate ministry vision and messaging into compelling, high-quality content for global audiences
• Oversee all phases of production, including concept development, scripting, pre-production, filming, editing, and final delivery
• Manage production timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and at a high standard
• Collaborate closely with leadership, media teams, and external partners to align creative output with strategic goals
• Direct and supervise creative teams, including videographers, editors, designers, and content creators
• Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
• Evaluate and implement innovative storytelling techniques and emerging media trends
• Oversee live event production, broadcasts, and recordings as required
• Maintain high standards of excellence, creativity, and spiritual alignment in all deliverables

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in creative production, media, or broadcast environments
• Proven experience managing end-to-end production processes and leading creative teams
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video, digital, or broadcast content
• Exceptional storytelling, creative direction, and content development skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in industry-standard production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing platforms)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
• Experience in a ministry, nonprofit, media, or faith-based organization is highly preferred
• Personal alignment with the mission, values, and spiritual foundation of Bible Davids Ministries is essential.
