We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Full-Time Pharmacist

Locations: Victoria Island & Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Shift-Based (Morning & Night Shifts)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Full-Time Pharmacist to support daily pharmacy operations, ensure proper dispensing of medications, and provide professional guidance to customers. The ideal candidate must have experience in a retail/community pharmacy setting and be comfortable working rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately in line with prescriptions and regulatory standards
• Provide professional advice and counseling on drug usage, dosage, and side effects
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceutical products
• Supervise and support pharmacy assistants and interns
• Maintain inventory control, including stock monitoring and expiry checks
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, ethics, and company policies
• Deliver excellent customer service and patient care
• Support sales through product knowledge and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharm.D
• Valid PCN License (Pharmacists Council of Nigeria)
• Proven experience in a community/retail pharmacy
• Strong knowledge of medications and pharmaceutical practices
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a shift-based system (morning & night)
• Must reside within Victoria Island (VI), Lekki, or nearby areas.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
