Job Title: IT Personnel / Officer

Job Summary

• We're looking for an IT Personnel/Officer to join our team and provide technical support, maintain our systems and infrastructure, and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff and customers on hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with electronic devices and equipment
• Manage and maintain our inventory management system and point-of-sale (POS) system
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
• Provide training and support on new technologies and systems
• Assist in maintaining our online shop and website

Requirements

• BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1-5 years of experience in IT support or related role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
