Job Title: Civil / Structural Engineer (COREN Certified)

Job Summary

• Crownbee Properties is seeking to hire a COREN-certified Civil / Structural Engineer with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to support our construction and estate development projects.
• The ideal candidate must be highly professional, result-oriented, and capable of managing construction activities and estate operations with little or no supervision.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site.
• Managing structural and civil works to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality control of materials and workmanship.
• Preparing project plans, technical drawings, and construction reports.
• Ensuring proper implementation of structural designs and specifications.
• Managing contractors, artisans, and site workers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Handling estate-related engineering needs and infrastructure maintenance.
• Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly project status reports.
• Liaising with consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders when required.

Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following:

• BSc / HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• COREN Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
• Good understanding of site supervision and project management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with little or no supervision.
• Experience in estate development and construction management is an added advantage.

Salary
N160,000 - N200,000 monthly.
