Overview

• A reputable financial services firm located in Anthony, Lagos is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Officer to lead its sales team and drive revenue growth.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, expanding the client base, and promoting the company’s financial products and investment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for financial products and investment services
• Drive client acquisition and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth and retail clients
• Oversee negotiations and ensure successful deal closures
• Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular sales reports
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the financial sector

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the real estate industry
• Proven experience also in finance
• Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills
• Good understanding of financial products, investment solutions, and market trends
• Ability to drive business growth and meet sales target.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month + Commission.
