Description

• The Graduate Sales Executive (Direct Sales) is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services directly to customers.
• This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets.
• The role involves active fieldwork, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through direct sales channels (field, retail, and outreach activities).
• Promote and sell company products/services to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide accurate product information and educate customers on benefits and usage.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve overall sales objectives.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
• 0 - 1 year of experience (NYSC Completed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
• Willingness to engage in field sales activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage.
