Description
- The Graduate Sales Executive (Direct Sales) is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services directly to customers.
- This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets.
- The role involves active fieldwork, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through direct sales channels (field, retail, and outreach activities).
- Promote and sell company products/services to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide accurate product information and educate customers on benefits and usage.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
- 0 - 1 year of experience (NYSC Completed).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Willingness to engage in field sales activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is an added advantage.
