Develop pricing strategies, commercial models, and financial forecasts in collaboration with finance leadership.
Monitor financial performance, implement corrective measures where needed, and report to executive leadership.
Strategic Partnerships & Client Acquisition:
Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships that expand service reach and competitive advantage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
Lead proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations for major accounts.

Ensure seamless alignment between warehousing, fulfilment, and last-mile operations with commercial commitments.
Define operational SLAs, service quality standards, and delivery metrics across the business line.
Collaborate with operations teams to resolve bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve service reliability.

Oversee the adoption of technology solutions (WMS, TMS, tracking platforms) that enhance operational capability.
Drive continuous process improvement across order management, inventory control, and last-mile execution.
Work with technology and product teams to define tools and systems that support scalable growth.
