Description

• We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Growth & Strategy Officer to lead business expansion initiatives across a diversified portfolio spanning financial services, real estate, capital management, and related sectors.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new revenue streams, developing and executing growth strategies, and strengthening the organization’s market position.
• This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
• Drive revenue growth across multiple business units and sectors
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments
• Build and manage strategic relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to execute growth initiatives
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and services
• Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize strategies for improved outcomes
• Prepare business proposals, investment cases, and executive reports
• Provide strategic insights to senior management for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
• 5 - 10 years of experience in strategy, business development, or growth roles
• Proven experience within financial services, real estate, investment, or related industries
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and execute business strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment
• Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities.
