Job Description

• We are looking for a creative Social Media AI Content Creator to help produce engaging content for our Instagram page using AI tools and structured content guidelines.
• This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram trends, reels, and visual storytelling, and can use AI tools to create content efficiently while following a clear Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• You don’t need many years of experience , what matters most is creativity, consistency, and the ability to follow structured processes.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Create engaging Instagram content including posts, carousels, and reels using AI tools.
• Generate captions and creative content ideas aligned with the brand voice.
• Produce high-quality content based on the provided content guidelines and SOPs.

AI-Assisted Production:

• Use AI tools to create visuals, captions, and short-form content.
• Turn content ideas into engaging Instagram-ready posts efficiently.

Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, and viral content styles.
• Suggest ideas that can increase engagement and reach.

Content Consistency:

• Ensure content follows the brand’s style and messaging.
• Work with the team to execute thecontent plan.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years experience.
• Some experience creating content for Instagram pages.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
• Basic understanding of Instagram reels, carousels, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to follow clear SOPs and structured workflows.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Compensation

• Fixed Monthly Pay: $100
• Performance Bonuses: Up to $400 per month
• Bonuses are earned based on the number of completed AI-generated social media content pieces delivered according to the required quality standards.
