Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Efficiency Officer to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance.
• The ideal candidate will identify inefficiencies and implement strategies that drive productivity and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement efficiency strategies and process improvements
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
• Streamline workflows to reduce waste and increase productivity
• Collaborate with different departments to optimize operations
• Support management in strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience in operations, business analysis, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
