Job Description

• This function unleashes the magic behind how a bottle moves from the shelves to the consumer, driving revenue growth and profitability along the way.
• The Commercial Function develops business‑savvy leaders equipped to deliver brand growth, market execution, and commercial excellence.
• As a trainee, you’ll gain exposure to Revenue Growth & Excellence, RTM Strategy, E‑Retail, Key Accounts, and Marketing Execution; experiencing firsthand how we win in the marketplace.

Responsibilities
Here you will:

• Gain hands-on exposure across key commercial teams including Field Sales, Execution Excellence, Commercial Excellence, and Trade Marketing; building a strong understanding of our market dynamics.
• Engage directly with the marketplace by executing key campaign activities, exploring real‑time field experience, generating insights into customer & consumers’ behaviour, our competitive shifts, and emerging trends.
• Contribute to real commercial projects while supporting day‑to‑day operations to strengthen execution and drive business impact.
• Gain exposure to mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals and leaders who guide your growth and development.  
• Participate in structured learning sessions, workshops, and leadership development activities designed to sharpen your technical and professional skills.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in relevant disciplines such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or other related Commercial fields.
• Good communication with the confidence to influence, present ideas, and connect with people.
• Insight‑driven decision making with the ability to leverage data, and consumer insights to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for building relationships.
