Role Summary

• We are in search for a Business Strategy Manager will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our group's strategic vision, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• You'll work closely with senior leadership and coordinate with other management teams to drive strategic initiatives, analyze business performance, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of group-level strategic plans
• Analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive corrective actions
• Conduct business case analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the Board
• Drive strategic initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with business units and coordinate with other management teams to identify opportunities for growth and synergy
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
• Provide strategic support to the Board and senior leadership
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic business objectives
• Prepare periodic and strategic board level reports.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience in business case development and strategic planning
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
