Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the company’s marketing initiatives and drive brand growth.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and overseeing brand positioning to increase market share and revenue.
• This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Lead brand positioning, awareness, and visibility initiatives.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Oversee content creation to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
• Collaborate with sales and other departments to drive lead generation and conversion.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve set targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
• Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
• Professional certifications in marketing are an added advantage.

 Salary
N400,000 per month.
