Job Summary

• We are a fast-growing property development and management company focused on building a strong portfolio within the middle and high-end real estate market.
• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager with a proven track record in the property development space.
• The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, drive business growth, and oversee operations to position the company competitively in both local and international real estate markets.
• The successful candidate will report directly to the Group CEO and will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company’s operations.
• Drive business development initiatives and expand the company’s real estate portfolio.
• Oversee property development projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure effective management of resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the real estate market.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, investors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Monitor market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
• Professional certification in any of the following fields: Building, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a real estate or property development company.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a mid-management position with strong leadership exposure.
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth and manage real estate development projects.
