Job Title: Hospitality Manager

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

• The Hospitality Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the bar, ensuring efficient service delivery, staff supervision, inventory control, revenue management, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and ensure smooth service delivery
• Supervise, schedule, and manage bar staff
• Ensure high standards of customer service and hygiene
• Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily reconciliation
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination
• Control costs and minimize waste and pilferage
• Implement company policies and operational procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Requirements
Education:

• OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional hospitality certifications are an added advantage

Experience:

• 2–5 years experience in bar or hospitality operations
• Minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience managing staff, inventory, and cash.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of bar operations and beverage management
• Financial awareness, cash control, and basic reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Integrity, accountability, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 per month.
