We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Associate Consultant

Location: Abuja (FCT) 

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented Associate Consultant to support client engagements, drive business development initiatives, and manage operational delivery across assigned projects.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate teams, develop proposals, and contribute to consulting engagements.
• This role requires a blend of business development capability, client relationship management, and operational oversight, with responsibility for managing teams of 40–50 personnel across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts, including identifying opportunities and engaging prospective clients
• Develop, write, and present business proposals, concept notes, and client solutions
• Manage and coordinate teams of 40–50 personnel across assigned projects
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient execution of deliverables
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder engagements
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of consulting projects
• Ensure timely delivery of project outputs in line with agreed standards
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Monitor team performance and provide coordination to ensure productivity and accountability
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes, service delivery, and business outcomes.

Requirements
Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in consulting, business development, operations, or client-facing roles
• Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating large groups of personnel
• Experience in proposal writing and client engagement is required
• Exposure to structured environments and project-based work is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of HR or people management principles is an added advantage.
