Role Overview

• The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage our audience, and drive business growth.
• This role requires a blend of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and technical expertise in email marketing tools and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, onboarding sequences, and drip campaigns
• Automation and CRM Management: Develop and manage automated email workflows such as lead nurturing, customer journeys, and re-engagement campaigns using CRM and email marketing tools
• Audience Segmentation and Personalization: Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and engagement to deliver highly personalized and targeted campaigns
• Copywriting and Content Development: Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy that aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing objectives
• A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to optimize performance and improve open and click-through rates
• Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance including open rates, CTR, and conversions, using insights to continuously improve results
• Deliverability and Compliance: Ensure best practices for email deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance with email marketing regulations
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align email strategies with broader business goals and campaigns
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in email marketing and automation

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience:2 to 4 years of experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
• Email Marketing Tools: Proficiency in platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar tools
• Copywriting Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive email content
• Data Analysis: Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS for email design and formatting is an added advantage
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in campaign setup, testing, and execution
• Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
