About the Role

• We’re hiring a proactive, organized Personal Assistant to support a busy executive in Victoria Island.
• You’ll manage schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Discretion, speed, and attention to detail are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle emails, calls, and official correspondence with professionalism.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
• Make travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics for the executive.
• Run official errands and liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintain confidential files and ensure follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Support basic admin tasks and office operations when needed.

Requirements

• BSc / HND qualification in any discipline; Business Admin, Secretarial Studies is a plus.
• 1-2 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and scheduling tools.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
• Presentable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours when required.
• Resident in or able to commute easily to Victoria Island.

What We Offer

• Salary: N140,000  – N170,000 net monthly, based on experience.
