We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Engineering Sales and Estimation Executive
Creating ongoing activities that promote the company and its products/services
Managing sales and marketing by developing sales strategies and supporting marketing activities to increase productivity
Developing marketing and sales strategies, sales plans and profit targets for the organization
Managing all service-related marketing and sales activities with an oversight role on activities, tasks and reports
Using social media platforms and online marketing, marketing communication, brand communication and public relations
Developing and maintaining the company’s image with existing and potential partners and other stakeholders
Planning and organizing influencer events; participating in trade shows, congresses and supporting PR activities as required
Ensuring deliverables fit into overall strategic plans
Monitoring the performance of sales objectives through a system of reports and communications involving sales reports
Maintaining sales volume, establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
Managing and overseeing sales targets and meeting specified targets within a given time frame
Developing yearly sales and marketing budgets in collaboration with all allied departments
Exploring and identifying new sales avenues and opportunities for products
Planning and executing new initiatives and strategies for expanding product market and growth
Strategizing and continuously working towards SCSP brand building
Managing, strengthening and leveraging customer relationships across all main customer groups (private and public sector, tender business)
Building competent, effective, efficient and result-oriented sales tactics
Analyzing market intelligence on competition and strategizing accordingly
Implementing and maintaining quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies with a focus on growth, cost reduction and process improvement
Managing difficult circumstances pertaining to sales, marketing, administration and related areas
Prospecting for and securing new business deals for SCSP and meeting sales targets
Fully understanding product functionality and benefits
Developing and deploying competitive market plans and strategies to promote SCSP’s products and services
Professionally managing all prospective and existing customers of the company
Representing SCSP in exhibitions, trade shows and related events
Maintaining complete and accurate records and reports on clients, sales transactions, business development and activities
Ensuring, sustaining and maintaining business relationships with all clients
Developing relationships with architects, consultants, specifiers and key influencers
Analyzing, developing, implementing and following up on business development approaches for end-user groups
Presenting, discussing, adjusting and following up on technical and commercial solutions with end-users, consultants, influencers and construction companies
Actively getting involved in project specifications, tender documents and budgetary quotes
Actively using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering etc)
MBA is an added advantage
Proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
Strong awareness of client preferences, ability to adapt quickly to new market trends and a strong drive for results
Strong, decisive, results-oriented leader with the ability to develop and manage relationships across the company
Ability to lead, motivate, coach and teach others
Must reside within the Lekki and Ajah axis
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a wide network of contacts throughout the West African region
Language:
Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken) is required
Knowledge of one or more international languages is an added advantage
Ability to speak other local Nigerian languages is a plus

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
