The Corporate Brand & Communication Officer is responsible for developing, executing, and managing ourbranding, corporate identity, and integrated communication strategies.
This role ensures consistent brand positioning across all platforms, strengthens public perception, and drives strategic communication initiatives that support the organization’s goals.
The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with strong communication, and digital branding expertise, particularly within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Drive brand positioning, marketing strategies, and growth initiatives across all channels.
Safeguard the company’s reputation and manage public, media, and stakeholder relationships
Develop, implement, and maintain strong brand identity and guidelines
Lead creative marketing strategies and develop unique product themes.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, brand assets, and communication tools.
Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
Lead brand positioning efforts to increase visibility and market competitiveness.
Draft and manage internal and external communication materials, including memos, newsletters, press releases, speeches, and official statements.
Serve as the communication advisor to management and ensure key messages represent the company’s values and objectives.
Coordinate all corporate announcements, public statements, and updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
Manage press conferences, media interviews, coverage requests, and crisis communication.
Monitor media trends and generate positive publicity for the company.
Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online reputation.
Supervise the development of content calendars, digital campaigns, and multimedia materials.
Track performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
Manage brand perception through proactive engagement, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
Handle sensitive communication issues and ensure professional, timely responses.
Collaborate with the sales, project, and customer service teams to design impactful marketing messages and campaigns.
Support product launches, site inspections, open houses, and corporate events.
Guide creative direction for adverts, brochures, signage, and promotional materials.
Conduct periodic brand audits, market research, and competitor analysis.
Recommend improvements based on market insights, customer behaviour, and industry trends.
Oversee the brand strategy and PR unit, creative/design unit and the digital media team.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related field.
3–5 years experience in corporate brand management, PR, or communications.
Experience in a media, branding, or creative agency environment is preferred.
