Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Analyst to manage, analyze, and improve its online presence.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking performance, creating engaging content strategies, and optimizing social media activities to increase visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the institute’s social media accounts
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports
• Develop and implement content strategies
• Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms
• Monitor trends and suggest relevant content ideas
• Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries professionally
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team
• Track audience growth and engagement performance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Marketing
  • Mass Communication
  • Digital Media
  • Business Administration Or related field
• 1–2 years experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools and content performance tracking
• Good writing and communication skills
• Creativity and attention to detail

Added Advantage:

• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills
• Knowledge of paid ads and social media campaigns
• Experience managing business or brand accounts.
