Belton Global Limited offers a wide range of services, some of which are Sales, Production, and Installation services. ‎Sales Department offers the sales of building materials such as Executive jaccuzzi, steamers, shower rooms, hot tubs, saunas with out standing features(massagers, radios and so on), shower cubicules, shower trays, power showers, standing showers and elevated showers of different colours, designs and sizes, cover baths, fibre baths, bath mixers, assorted brands of ceramic toilet seats & bath tubs, bidet,uriners, bathroom accessories,3-step towel rails, glass basins, glass block, glass shelves, designed mirrors, soap dish, unique toilet brushes & foot mats, different brands & liters of water heater and over head tanks, swimming pool materials, bore hole materials, squats, PVC.

Job Summary

• The Director is responsible for overall leadership, strategy, and performance of the company.
• The role ensures that all departments (sales, operations, marketing, production) are aligned with business goals and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies
• Set company vision, goals, and growth plans
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
• This aligns with management roles that focus on strategy, performance, and growth. 

Business Operations Oversight:

• Supervise daily operations across departments
• Ensure efficient use of resources and cost control
• Monitor production, sales, and installation activities
• Belton Global operates across sales and installation of building materials, requiring strong operational control. 

Financial Management:

• Approve budgets and monitor financial performance
• Analyze financial reports to improve profitability
• Ensure proper allocation of company resources

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead senior managers (HR, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
• Recruit, train, and develop top-level staff
• Build a high-performance and productive workforce
•  Similar leadership expectations are seen across their HR and operations roles. 

Business Development & Sales Growth:

• Drive revenue generation and market expansion
• Build partnerships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Oversee marketing and branding strategies

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure company complies with legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify risks and implement control measures
• Maintain company standards and policies

Stakeholder & Company Representation:

• Represent the company in high-level meetings
• Build strong relationships with investors and partners
• Enhance company reputation and brand positioning

Salary
N150,000 - N350,000 monthly.
