With our head office in the heart of Abuja, we are expanding our footprint and looking for a visionary leader to drive our brand to the next level.

The Role

• We are seeking a high-performing Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing department. You will be responsible for designing and executing innovative strategies to increase market share, enhance brand visibility, and drive retail sales across Abuja and beyond.
• The ideal candidate understands the nuances of theNigerian edible oil marketand has a proven track record of managing retail distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve sales targets and brand growth.
• Market Expansion:Identify and penetrate new retail channels, including supermarkets, open markets (e.g., Utako, Garki, Dawaki), and hospitality sectors.
• Brand Positioning:Oversee brand messaging, packaging aesthetics, and digital presence to ensure we remain the first choice for quality palm oil.
• Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of marketing executives and field sales agents.
• Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and corporate partners.
• Data Analysis:Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to pivot strategies effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Marketing or Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the FMCG or Agribusiness sector.
• Industry Knowledge:Prior experience specifically within thePalm Oil or Edible Oil industryis highly preferred.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (e.g., NIMN, CIM) is an added advantage.
• Local Expertise:Strong understanding of the Abuja retail landscape and distribution logistics.
• Skills:Exceptional communication, negotiation, and digital marketing skills. Must be data-driven and results-oriented.
