Job Summary

• They are seeking a Property Manager to oversee and manage residential estates and property portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of residential estates and property assets.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements.
• Manage tenancy matters, including leases, disputes, and enforcement of estate policies.
• Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate contractors for optimal service delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years post-call experience.
• At least 6 years’ proven experience in a similar role, specifically in managing estates and properties.
• Strong knowledge of property law, tenancy management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee maintenance operations, supervise contractors, and manage tenant relations.
