We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Executive

Location: Abuja

Role Description

• This is a contract on-site role located in Abuja for a Direct Sales Executive.
• The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential customers, promoting the bank's products and services, and meeting sales targets.
• Other responsibilities include maintaining positive customer relationships, processing transactions, and assisting clients in understanding financial products.
• Regular reporting on sales activities and results will also be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build relationships
• Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet targets
• Basic understanding of Finance and familiarity with Insurance concepts
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to to work under minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using digital tools and applications for reporting and communication
• Prior experience in sales or financial services is an advantage.
