Key Responsibilities
WordPress Development:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themes.
• Implement responsive designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and customize WordPress plugins to meet specific business needs.
• Ensure WordPress sites are secure, optimized, and regularly updated.

Full-Stack Development:

• Design and develop scalable web applications using both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Work with PHP, Node.js, Python, or other backend frameworks.
• Implement REST APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Manage database design, optimization, and integration (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL).

AI Engineering & Integration:

• Design and implement AI-driven features such as chatbots, recommendation engines, or predictive analytics.
• Integrate AI/ML models into web applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with data scientists to deploy machine learning models effectively.
• Monitor AI solutions for performance and scalability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content creators, and marketing teams to deliver functional and visually appealing products.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for WordPress and full-stack development.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

Maintenance & Documentation:

• Maintain detailed technical documentation for developed applications and plugins.
• Perform regular audits for code quality, security, and performance.
• Stay updated with the latest web development and AI technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3- 5 years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong full-stack development experience (front-end and back-end).
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
• Experience integrating AI features into web applications.
• Understanding of REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with AI-powered automation for web or business processes.
• Knowledge of SEO and website performance optimization.
• Experience with server management and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
