The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting Coursademia by engaging with youths, NYSC members, and organizations, while building strategic partnerships that will enhance the platform’s growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development and Revenue Growth
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for the Coursademia platform
Drive user acquisition and subscription growth across target markets
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective users and partners
Convert leads into active users and paying customers
Client Management and Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with youths, corps members, NGOs, and institutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects
Provide excellent customer support and follow-up to ensure user satisfaction
Develop long-term partnerships to sustain platform usage
Gather client feedback to improve service delivery
Strategic Growth and Coursademia Use Expansion
Identify strategic opportunities for platform expansion within schools, camps, and organizations
Collaborate with internal teams to develop outreach and engagement strategies
Mobilize and onboard users during NYSC camp programs and field activities
Develop proposals for partnerships with NGOs and educational bodies
Promote brand awareness through activations, campaigns, and events
Reporting and Performance Management
Track and report sales activities, leads, and conversion rates
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management
Analyze sales data to improve strategies and performance
Meet assigned KPIs and performance targets consistently
Required Skills and Experience
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
NYSC completion is required
Experience:
1–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Experience in edtech, digital products, or SaaS is an added advantage
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience engaging youths, students, or NGOs is preferred

Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn new platforms
Passion for education and youth development
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel for fieldwork and NYSC camp visits
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Strong passion for youth empowerment and digital learning
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
