Job Title: Graduate Trainee – Tech Sales

About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Graduate Trainee – Tech Sales / Business Development to support the launch and market adoption of our technology solution products.
• This role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in building a career in technology sales, business development, and product commercialization.
• The trainee will work closely with the sales, productand marketing teams to identify potential clients, present solutions and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients for the company’s technology solutions
• Support the promotion and adoption of newly launched products in the market
• Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
• Support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Gather customer feedback to support product improvements
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams on go-to-market activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (internships or NYSC experience may count)
• Strong interest in technology, SaaS, or digital products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Work Structure:

• Hybrid work model (mix of remote work and in-office collaboration)
• Candidates must be based in Lagos.

Compensation

• Base Salary: ₦150,000 per month
• Performance-based commission
• Training and mentorship in technology sales
