Job Title: Customer and Sales Representative

Location: Apo, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• The Customer & Sales Representative is responsible for managing client interactions, converting inquiries into bookings, and ensuring a seamless client journey from first contact to post-treatment follow-up.
• This role requires a balance of sales ability, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, social media, and in-person
• Convert inquiries into booked appointments and paying clients
• Provide accurate information about treatments, pricing, and processes
• Follow up with leads and existing clients to encourage repeat visits
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with the clinical team
• Upsell relevant treatments and skincare products where appropriate
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and bookings
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
• Support daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth client experience

Education & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
• Additional training in sales, customer service, or aesthetics is an advantage

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
• Experience in a skincare clinic, spa, beauty, or healthcare setting is an added advantage
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets is a strong plus

• Basic understanding of skincare/aesthetic services (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Tech-savvy (WhatsApp, Instagram, booking systems, etc.)
