Job Summary

  • We are seeking motivated and results-driven Entry-Level Sales Specialists to join our team.
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging potential customers, and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels (cold calling, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms).
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, preferences, and market trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of motivation, confidence, and resilience.
