Kosher Kinetics is a sports store in Lagos that specialises in gym wear and sporting items. It serves as a one-stop destination for fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and wellness-conscious individuals.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Egbeda, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive, trustworthy, and customer-oriented sales representative to join our team in Egbeda, Lagos.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting smooth store operations.
• This role requires someone who can take initiative, pay attention to detail, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:

• Welcome customers and provide prompt and polite assistance
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Sales Transactions & POS Operations:

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for all transactions
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods with integrity and accountability
• Issue receipts and ensure proper documentation of all sales

Store Operations & Management:

• Be responsible for opening and closing the store
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Assist in restocking and arranging products as needed

Record Keeping & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions
• Reconcile sales and cash at the end of each day
• Report any inconsistencies or issues to management promptly

General Support Duties:

• Carry out other administrative or operational tasks as assigned
• Support overall store efficiency and teamwork

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Must reside within Egbeda or nearby areas
• Previous experience in sales or retail is an added advantage
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic numeracy and record-keeping ability
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Salary
N150,000 monthly
